Payment Requirement / Proof of Payment
Short Stay: One week or less
Payments to be settled at least 48 hours before check-in. Proof of payment will be required on EFTs. Requirements will be explained in more detail on confirmed Accommodation bookings as well.
It is advisable that bookings are confirmed at least five days before check-in date. Invoices / Payfast Payment Requests will be forwarded as soon as possible on confirmation.
Longer Stay: More than one week
By invoice and detailed arrangement. Payment requirements will be stipulated during booking and on Blu-C Apartment Milnerton invoice. Proof of payment will be required on EFTs. One month is the maximum stay at the Blu-C Self Catering apartment.
Quotations / Invoices: Quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified. Subject to availability upon acceptance. If any invoice is not settled on specified due date the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Photographers Accommodation and Training
Photographers requiring training and accommodation should Contact Vernon Chalmers for discussing training and scheduling arrangements. Photography training and accommodation booking will be invoiced differently (as a single payment).
Guests / photographers will be notified of availability of requested dates and will receive an email for online payment processing.
